  During the month of December of 2015 my A/C Heating unit started to go bad. It would not always turn on, it would only blow cold air when set to heat. I had Ace Air come out and check it out. Steve Winn was the Tech. who came out. He was on time, polite and as I watched him he explained what he was doing and why. As he was performing his test/inspection of the unit it started blowing out heat. He said because it was heating that we should wait and see what happens and if it stopped again just call. Well sure enough it quit again on 12/30/15 . Steve Winn came out again and inspected the unit and found the circuit board faulty. He ordered a new one. But due to the holidays it could not be received until after the New Year. When it came in Jan 5th he came out and installed it, That fixed the problem, he called back in a couple of days to make sure it was still working and also gave me the good news that that part of the A/C Heating Unit was still under warranty and that there would be only a service charge and the maintenance package I bought would be my cost. And that we would get a refund on the circuit board. He saved us a couple of hundred dollars. Thank you Steve for you research into the warranty and saving us some money and giving us heat! I would/will recommend Ace Air of Merced and Steve Winn to everyone!
